Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel had a few good things but overall it was a poor experience. the staff were pleasant and helpful, they tried to accommodate our needs. the hotel had a gym and a spa which were very useful. the Christmas decorations were charming and added a nice festive touch.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. the location was terrible and isolated, it was quite a distance from the city center and the airport.

We had a great stay near the airport and Krokus expo in this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces, providing us with great service. Additionally, the hotel is located near the highway, making it very convenient for transportation. The breakfast was also worth mentioning.
